Are there any age restrictions?

Children 9 and under must be accompanied by someone 14 & up.

Do you offer custom events?
Yes, we offer custom Halloween events for private parties, concerts, lazer tag showdowns, escape room challenges, and community gatherings. Contact us to plan your bespoke haunted adventure.

How can I book my tickets?

All forms of payment are accepted.  Paypal, Venmo, CashApp, direct debit cards, credit cards.  Local checks only.  To book your haunted adventure at The Mactabilis Souls, simply click the choice of ticket, number of tickets, and pay.  Cash will be accepted at the door and discounted to $22 per person.  If you have any issues with checking out, feel free to contact me directly via email.  I'm ready to assist you with ticket reservations and any special requests you may have.

Are there accommodations for people with disabilities?

The building does not have ramps or an elevator, only stairs.  The first floor does have 4 large rooms (approx. 4,800 sq ft) that wheelchairs and people with disabilities can still enjoy.  Discounted tickets are available at the ticket booth.

Are there medical services in place?

Yes!  I am a registered nurse and the local EMS is aware of this event.  There will be emergency exits throughout the building.
